In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Prospect and Outreach: Research companies in the medtech industry via internet sources and LinkedIn to identify potential new clients actively engaged in clinical phases such as first-in-human studies and pivotal trials for EU, US/FDA approval, …
- Lead Generation: Identify and engage with key decision-makers and clinical research contacts within target organizations to initiate business development conversations and meetings.
- Content Creation: Generate compelling content for LinkedIn postings, marketing campaigns, and website updates. This includes writing, editing, and styling content to maintain a professional and engaging online presence. This will be in close collaboration with our medical writing team.
- Marketing Campaigns: Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote our services, enhance brand visibility, and attract new clients.
- Brand Management: Contribute to branding efforts by ensuring consistency across all marketing materials, the company website, and other communication channels.
- CRM Management: Effectively manage the CRM system to track leads, manage pipelines, and optimize lead flows for efficient follow-up and conversion.
- Market Analysis: Continuously monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes to inform strategic decision-making and business development efforts.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to align sales and marketing strategies with overall business objectives, ensuring a cohesive approach to client engagement and retention.
The essential requirements for the job include:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in (life/biomedical) sciences, business administration, marketing or a related field.
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in sales and/or marketing, ideally within a CRO, medtech company or service provider to the life sciences industry.
- Digital Fluency: Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Teamleader, Hubspot) and the Microsoft Office suite.
- Marketing Tools: Experience with (or interest in learning) business development and marketing automation tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lemlist, Dux-Soup, Mailchimp, etc.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Multilingual proficiency can be advantageous.
- Organization & Attention to Detail: Able to manage multiple priorities, track outreach efforts, and maintain data accuracy.
