The idea is simple: if you introduce a new client or project to XPER and it results in a signed contract, you earn a referral fee. But behind that simplicity lies a thoughtful, fair and progressive model that reflects our commitment to establishing meaningful partnerships.

A Clear and Fair Eligibility Framework

The program rewards any eligible referral, with the meaning that it involves a new client or project not already in active discussion, the introduction is clearly documented and the collaboration results in a signed contract.

This clarity protects both the referrer and XPER, ensuring that rewards are tied to real value creation.

A Progressive Fee Structure

One of the standout features of the program is its progressive referral fee model. Instead of a flat percentage, XPER applies different rates to different revenue tiers, ensuring fairness across small and large projects. For example, projects up to 25,000€ generate a flat 1,000€ fee, while higher tiers earn between 2% and 4% depending on the revenue band.

This approach ensures that referrers are compensated proportionally while keeping the system transparent and predictable.

Payments based on Real Revenue

To maintain fairness and financial integrity, referral fees are calculated only on net collected revenue — not contracted amounts.

Payments are made quarterly, within 30 days after the end of each calendar quarter, ensuring predictable and timely compensation.
